26 lots are all that is left of the available building lots in Port Orchard. Our Program, which is geared toward low income families, is still accepting applications from families who want to build in Port Orchard this year. We only need 26 families, so apply today!
Port Orchard has been a flurry of activity with 18 new homes completed and 45 more currently under construction. 18 families moved into their new homes at Harris Place, on the corner of Harris Road and Lund Avenue. 20 families are nearing completion on their homes at Reite Estates off of Harris Road, south of Lund Avenue.
14 families have started construction at Archer Point, which is located on Harold Drive, off of Bethel Road. And 11 more families have begun construction at Madrona Glen, next to Orchard Heights Elementary School.
If you would like to see a completed development in Port Orchard, you can view Harris Place at the corner of Harris and Lund.
North Kitsap will soon see a fair share of activity as well. 26 families will be selected from our wait list to start building their homes in Kingston later this year.
If you are not already on the wait list, print out the
application here and mail it in now. Remember, opportunities are
first come, first served, so the sooner you get your application to us, the
sooner you will be asked to build your new home.
We are working on forging new relationships in Mason County to open the
door for purchasing building lots for future building groups in this county. In
the meantime, you may print the application from our web site and mail it in to
reserve your spot on the waitlist.

The Hamilton Heights development in Port Townsend has been completed. A total of 37 families are enjoying the fruits of
their labor as they relax in their beautiful new homes. Hamilton Heights is located at the corner of Hastings and Howard.
