Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority develops, owns, manages and maintains a variety of housing throughout Kitsap County. Periodically contracts are let for new construction or rehabilitation in the amounts of the following ranges: up to $50,000; $50,000 to $100,000; and $100,000 to $200,000.
Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority has established a Small Works Roster (SWR) for public works according to RCW 39.04.155. Contractors on the Roster may be solicited to submit proposals for various construction and rehabilitation projects throughout Kitsap County. Contractors may request at any time to be added or removed from the SWR during the year. The SWR will be valid for one year. To be considered for the next yearly Small Works Roster, a new application must be submitted each year.

A completed application is required to be considered for placement on the SWR. Placement will be made by the date your completed application is received by Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority. Applications received will be added to the bottom of the SWR for rotation as projects arise.
