Small Works Roster Application
Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority develops, owns, manages and maintains a variety of housing throughout Kitsap County. In addition, KCCHA manages a Housing Repair and Rehabilitation Program and Lead Stabilization Program funded by the State of Washington.  Contracts for non-routine maintenance, rehabilitation, lead stabilization and new construction are issued in the amounts of the following ranges: up to $35,000; and $35,000 to $100,000.

The Housing Authority has established a Small Works Roster (SWR) for public works according to RCW 39.04.155. Contractors on the Roster may be solicited to submit proposals for various construction and rehabilitation projects throughout Kitsap County. Contractors may request at any time to be added or removed from the SWR during the year; no fee is required in order to be added to the roster. An application for the SWR will be valid for the calendar year in which it is received. A new SWR application and Contractors Qualification Statement must be submitted each year.

The application and qualifications statement furnishes information for establishing qualification for the SWR.  In order to be eligible for placement on the SWR, contractors must be able to meet the minimum insurance requirements and properly complete and execute the application and contractors qualification statement. Placement on the SWR will be made by the date your completed application is received. Applications will be added to the bottom of the SWR for rotation as projects arise.

A completed application is required to be considered for placement on the SWR. Placement will be made by the date your completed application is received by Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority. Applications received will be added to the bottom of the SWR for rotation as projects arise.
