40 families are currently in the process of building their new homes in the Vetter Homestead development near the intersection of Highway 3 and 305 in Poulsbo. The final group of 23 families for Vetter Homestead has been selected and is in the process of becoming qualified for their loans. Building on these last 23 lots of Vetter Homestead will begin Spring/Summer 2008.

We are in the process of qualifying 18 families to build homes in Port Orchard. The families will be selected by June 2008 and will start building soon thereafter. The waitlist is currently full for this group, but please know that KCCHA will continue to build more homes each year. So, if you are not already on the waitlist, print the application from our web site and mail it in now. Remember, opportunities are first come, first served, so the sooner you get your application to us, the sooner you will be asked to build your new home.
